The company’s precision casting production line is fully equipped, featuring a total of six medium-frequency induction melting furnaces with capacities of 150 kg, 300 kg, and 500 kg. It operates two precision casting production lines—one using the medium-temperature wax system and the other using the low-temperature wax system—and is capable of undertaking custom production of all types of stainless steel castings ranging from 5 g to 300 kg. The company is equipped with two CNC machining centers: the Weida VMC855 and the Kaibo DC1090A CNC lathe. With in-house capabilities for mold forming, machining, and routine maintenance, we can independently complete the machining, fabrication, repair, and maintenance of casting molds, ensuring mold precision from the very beginning. The wax pattern preparation process centers on fully automated CNC wax injection equipment. Utilizing two mature mold material systems—medium-temperature wax and low-temperature wax—and leveraging the advantages of in-house mold machining, the company ensures high precision, strong stability, and excellent production efficiency in wax pattern formation.
