Production Capacity
End-to-End Casting Process Coverage
We offer all four major casting processes—silica sol investment casting, alkali-phenolic resin sand casting, lost foam precision shell casting, and coated sand casting—and provide one-stop service for everything from 10-gram micro-precision parts to 15,000-kilogram large castings.
Annual production capacity
4,000 metric tons of precision castings + 5,000 metric tons of sand castings + 3,000 metric tons of precision shell castings + 3,000 metric tons of coated sand castings.

“Casting + Machining” Integrated Delivery
We have our own vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, lathes, boring and milling machines, wire-cut EDM machines, and other equipment, enabling one-stop machining from raw material to finished product. Customers do not need to outsource additional work, which shortens the supply chain.
Quality Control Capabilities
The company is equipped with a comprehensive testing laboratory for physical properties, chemical composition, and mechanical properties.
